On the earlier pages I listed several fruits and vegetables that help our ocular nutrition and stregthen our eyes here is another list of foods that our eye crave.

You should be aware, that it unlikely that even a diet that consisted 100% of the foods described above can provide the level of vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants that your eyes require to keep themselves healthy and happy.

There are many over-the-counter food supplements that purport to provide the minimum daily levels of nutrients that your eyes need. Whether or not any one of them is right for you is a decision that should be made by you and your eye doctor.
